ANATOMY SERIES PART 1: THE LOWER LIMB with Paul
Saturday 25th June 2016 1-3.30pm
The first in the yoga anatomy series will cover the bones, joints, muscles of the lower limb and how they apply to postural (asana) practice. The workshop will build a solid foundation of the structure and function of the foot, ankle, knee, hip and sacroiliac joints. This understanding will create a greater awareness and focus in your approach to yoga practice.
This workshop is for recommended for general to experienced students.
Paul Purchase has a bachelor of clinical health science majoring in osteopathic medicine. Paul is currently completing a master of osteopathic medicine at Southern Cross University. He is a Junior Intermediate I certificate Iyengar teacher and has been practicing for over 15 years.
