The neck and shoulder region is the most common problem area in the body for people today. Many people suffer from acute or chronic pain which effects both health and quality of life.

In this workshop we will deepen the awareness of our neck & shoulders through the practice of yoga asanas (postures). We will focus on various ways to relieve neck and shoulders problems, building strength, creating flexibility and opening the chest. In addition to active asanas, we will look at restorative asanas to help release, relax and soften the neck and shoulders. Tools to release your neck muscles in daily life, will not only deal with pain and discomfort; you will feel more energetic too!
