How do we go from balancing on our feet to balancing on our hands?

In this workshop we will look at ways of improving your skills to work towards a Handstand with a focus more on the process rather than an outcome. Therefore looking at the work that goes before and the yoga asanas (postures) that help to develop extension, create lightness, going from instability to stability and gradually getting use to bearing weight on our hands and arms.

You do not need to be able to kick up into a Handstand – though you never know … you may just end up there! And if you already have handstand practise, you may wish to refine your skills…and have fun!
