  • Increased Flexibility and Strength. Improved Posture – the focus on alignment in practice means you will sit and stand straighter. This will give you more energy, less pain, and increased confidence. A Calmer Mind – the practice trains your mind to be in the present moment. The more you practice, the calmer your mind will be. Improved Breathing – you will be more aware of your breath, and feel less stressed.
  • The Studio has 4 certified Iyengar teachers, who earn their certification after years of dedicated practice, training and evaluation. Come and experience the difference for yourself!

Our 10 week Beginner course special is great value – $180 for 10 weeks, and you can attend as many of our 4 Beginner classes each week. Our next Beginner course starts on Thursday 31st January 2019.
