2024 Spring Iyengar Yoga Retreat

Our next three day Iyengar Yoga Retreat is @ Sine Cera Rainforest Retreat.

The retreat at Sine Cera is a perfect gift for you to take some time to deepen your experience and practice of Iyengar yoga. Sine Cera is a perfect retreat setting in the bush near to the Border Ranges National Park.

Price includes accommodation, yoga classes, lunch and dinner. All meals are vegetarian.

NOT INCLUDED:
Light Breakfast/snack/drinks. If you need a bite to eat before the 9.30am asana class please bring bread/fruit/nuts for your breakfast.
Linen and towels are an additional $20.

A single room is $775. Twin share with one other person $700.

The first restorative class is at 4-6pm on Thursday 24th October 2024. We finish after lunch on Sunday 27th October 2024.

The daily schedule is:

• Pranayama 6.30-7.15am
• Light Breaky 7.30am
• Asana 9.30-11.30pm
• Lunch 12pm
• Restorative 4-6pm
• Dinner 6.30pm
