Our next three day Iyengar Yoga Retreat is 2-5 NOVEMBER 2023 @ Sine Cera Rainforest Retreat.

Feel the need for some ‘me’ time? The retreat is a perfect gift for you to take some time to deepen your experience and practice of Iyengar yoga.

Price includes accommodation, yoga classes and yummy vegetarian food provided by Organic Passion. (Linen and towels not included – linen an additional $20).

A single room is $865. Twin share with one other person $795

The first restorative class is at 4-6pm on Thursday 2nd November 2023. We finish after lunch on Sunday 5th November 2023.

The daily schedule is:

• Pranayama 6.30-7.15am
• Light Breaky 7.30am
• Asana 9.30-11.30pm
• Lunch 12pm
• Restorative 4-6pm
• Dinner 6.30pm
